You get in to work.
You notice a sealed envelope on your desk marked 'Private'
You open it and inside there is a handwritten note.
It says 'Do you know who this is? Fancy meeting? xxx'
What would you do?

I would first wonder if there was anyone in the office I found attractive enough to hope the note came from them. If not, problem solved - note goes in bin.
If there were any contenders, the note would still go in the bin. They are obviously not intelligent enough to realise that you can't agree to meet someone when they don't even give a suggested time or place.
Plus I am at work, and v busy and important! -

I`d probably go frantic trying to see what everyone`s handwriting looked like....then find out it was from the biggest David Brent-like plonker in the office!

I'd wait. What can you do anyway? Leave an anonymous note on yer own desk? If they'd left a time and place I would watch from a distance
